Nicole is a mother, autoimmune and POTS warrior, and women’s guide whose work is rooted in lived experience, nervous system awareness, and deep compassion for the body’s wisdom. What began as a personal health journey has become her lifestyle, passion, and purpose: helping others feel seen, supported, and safe in their bodies.
Born in Canada, now an Australian citizen, and currently living in the United States, Nicole’s health journey began years before her formal diagnosis. After the birth of her first child in 2016, she experienced ongoing autoimmune-related symptoms and 3 diagnoses that quietly altered her relationship with her body. In the years that followed—particularly after the COVID and vaccination period—her symptoms intensified, leading to frequent emergency room visits, unanswered questions, and repeated dismissal. Despite knowing something deeper was wrong, she was often told her symptoms were anxiety.
In 2024, while living in America, Nicole was finally diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). While receiving a diagnosis brought clarity and validation, it also revealed an important truth: diagnosis is only the beginning. Managing symptoms matters—but true healing is found in nervous system regulation, self-trust, and learning how to live in partnership with the body rather than against it.
Nicole speaks openly about her past—a life lived intensely, where she did not always treat her body with the care it deserved—and how illness became an invitation into a more conscious, spiritual, and embodied way of living. Even with a strong presence and determined spirit, the road to diagnosis was long, lonely, and deeply humbling.
Today, Nicole is the co-founder of The Authenticity Collective, where she creates intentional spaces for women to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported through conversation, reflection, and connection. She also is the co-founder of Regulate and Rise where she has created an online resource and workbook with Dr Lauren Beardlsey, for those suffering with POTS and facilitates a Dysautonomia support group in Arizona, offering community and understanding to those navigating similar experiences.
She lives with her loving husband, their two children, and their dog, Luna, and continues to walk this path alongside the women she serves—believing that regulation, compassion, and presence are the foundation of true wellbeing and lasting healing.
